Refund and Returns Policy

At GridPariz, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, we are happy to offer returns or exchanges on eligible items. Please review the following terms and conditions of our Refund and Returns Policy.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- The item must be in new, unused condition and in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and parts.
- The item must not be on our list of non-returnable items (such as clearance, opened electronics, or special-order products).
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
2. How to Return an Item
If you wish to return an item, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team at info@gridpariz.net or call (205) 664-4335 to initiate your return. Please provide your order number and reason for the return.
- Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.
- Pack the item securely and include the RA number on the outside of the package to avoid delays.
- Ship the return item to the address provided by our customer support team. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
3. Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Exchanges: If you prefer an exchange for a different item, please contact our customer support team, and we will assist you in processing the exchange. The new item will be shipped once the original item is returned and inspected.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and cannot be refunded or exchanged:
- Opened or used electronics and software.
- Special-order or custom-made items.
- Clearance or final sale items.
- Gift cards.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@gridpariz.net or (205) 664-4335. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and process a full refund or exchange, depending on your preference.
6. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item, defective product). If you receive a refund for a returned item, the shipping charges will not be included in the refund amount.
7. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. If your order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled. Please contact us immediately at info@gridpariz.net if you wish to cancel your order.
